Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-07

This is a general starting template provided for convenience and is not legal advice. Before public launch, have it reviewed and fill in your legal entity, governing jurisdiction and a real contact address.

These terms govern your use of HTTP Titan. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

HTTP Titan is a hosted API client for building, sending, documenting and testing HTTP requests. The service is provided on an as-is basis and may evolve during its early access period.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to attack or overload third-party systems through the request relay, to abuse or reverse-engineer the platform, or to circumvent usage limits.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the requests, collections and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content in order to operate the service for you.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and there may be downtime — especially during early access. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our operating entity, to be specified before public launch.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form on our home page.
